TND Geomatics began as a family-driven mission to serve the North Texas community with accurate surveys grounded in faith. Today, we are proud to be a 3rd-generation company, with all three generations actively working together at TND Geomatics. Inspired by the idea of 'True North Data,' our family saw a need for precision and stewardship in land surveying. Through prayer, perseverance, and a deep commitment to our family legacy, we’ve grown into a trusted firm recognized for professionalism, integrity, and community outreach.

Joe Cortez is the Co-Founder and President of TND Geomatics, bringing steady leadership, field-focused insight, and a strong commitment to quality across the firm’s surveying operations. He plays a key role in advancing TND Geomatics’ growth, service capabilities, and reputation for technical excellence throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area. Joe’s leadership reflects the company’s mission to deliver accurate, dependable, and client-focused surveying solutions, including boundary, topographic, construction, ALTA, and development-related survey services.

Linda Lopez is the Founder and CEO of TND Geomatics, where she leads the company’s strategic vision, business development, client relationships, and long-term growth.
